The Devonport Seventh-day Adventist Church
We are very thankful for the sponsorship of Cosmic Conflict by the Devonport Seventh-day Adventist Church. They have made this a free event for the community, as well as providing a free lunch on each of the six days.
The Devonport Seventh-day Adventist church has ample on-site free parking available, including disabled parking. When the carpark is filled, there is also plenty of on-street parking options.
Cosmic Conflict is designed for a 15+ adult audience. However, please feel free to bring your children along as children’s activities will be provided during the duration of the program. Alternatively please feel free to find a seating location that allows you to come and go as required. We also provide a “cry-room” for parents with young children.
Devonport is a city in Tasmania, Australia. It’s on the north coast, where the Mersey River meets Bass Strait. On the waterfront, the Bass Strait Maritime Centre has exhibits about early explorers, shipwrecks and steamers. Housed in an old church, the Devonport Regional Gallery is dedicated to Tasmanian art. Now a museum, Home Hill was the residence of former Australian prime minister Joseph Lyons in the early 1900s.
